"How To Deal With Reduction in Sales"

Alright people! Tonight's thread is not about copy but I'm gonna share my two cents on this.

And trust me, my two cents will save you too many tears!😉

Reduction in sales is one
Of the major fears and tribulations of every business. And a lot of biz owners find it difficult to find a solution for this.

So in this thread I will show u a few ways of finding the perfect solution.

To get rid of reduction in sales, here are some tips:
1) Finding the cause:
Trust me if you don't have a target, you'll be shooting your arrows to the wrong direction.

What you need to do is, finding out why your sales dropped.

If you the problem is coming from the delivery section, and you have no idea.

You might end up firing your advertiser for...
doing a "bad" Job. Which is clearly the wrong move. So the first thing to do is find the reason why the sales are falling.

2) Change of product view: Here you need to know the current view of your product to the customer.

Is your product now obsolete?
Is your competitor doing
better?
Is your sales strategy old or too complex?
Is there a new product in town that offer better for less?

Once you're done with this you can pull up some techniques for doing better or generally give up on the product.

3) Competitors new move: An improvement in your
Competitors service could cause a decrease in your sales...if he's truly competitive.

In as much as you're on your own pace, always look out for your rivals next move.

iPhone monitors Samsung and vice versa. The game is always hot. Don't sleep on it.

Once you see there's an
Improvement, you do same/better. Give better services & ur loyal customers will be back to you.

4) Movement of Audience: When your buyers change location, you lose sales.

If you're selling on IG, but your target audience are quickly moving to Snapchat. You need to move as well
If you sell food in Lagos mainland and your biggest customer moves to the Island (very far from you), you've lot him.

What you need to do is find new customers and move on. Or you move if you can🤷🏾‍♂️

I could go on and on, on this but the truth remains, research is the cure for
REDUCTION IN SALES.

Find out why your sales are failing and half of your headache is gone. All you need to do is apply strategic measures and all will be fine.
