So, Sadia Umar Farouq, the current Minister for Humanitarian and Disaster Management is a good cook and a good masseuse too. Buhari likes her food and loves the way she massages him. The cabal also enjoy her food. She served them well during the CPC days and very close to them 
Immediately after the 2015 elections, the cabal mounted pressure for Buhari to take a second wife. They said Aisha is from Adamawa and Adamawa women are considered too loud for conservative North Western Fulanis. Sadia was the lady in the minds of the cabal. Buhari gave a nod.
They plotted and made moves but then decided against it saying it might backfire and create a distraction for the new Govt then. But Sadia remained in the corner while Buhari enjoys the massages and good meals. She was made to head the Refugee Commission and remained close.
Aisha was not comfortable with the whole romance. She kicked against the affair, she launched attacks on the cabal to see how she can scatter them. It never worked. The cabal were bent on marrying Sadia for Buhari. To them, she is a good woman who is also very religious.
After winning the 2019 elections, the moves resumed. This time, The cabal first move is to make her a cabinet member as a Minister, she would travel with Buhari often, and then when the time is ripe, Buhari would marry her and then she would quit her appointment.
