What's interesting about far-right conspiracy theories is they're constantly evolving. Which means we can actually pinpoint when the president started believing the internet nonsense coming out of his bullshit machine.
He first mentions CrowdStrike in 2017 in an AP interview. Which means he's been at least fixated on them pre-QAnon. 
And to have Barr traveling to London and Rome while he's calling up Australia means he's most likely chasing up Spygate.
It's also possible, due to his increasing flirtations with QAnon that he actually thinks they're the same thing.
What's interesting is that Spygate was coined by him in a tweet and then backfilled by a lot of far-right fan fiction afterwards. Sorta like a retcon of Russiagate.
