Like illegally revealing the identity of a Russian witness in the case to the Veselniskaya right before the witness got thrown out of a 5th story window...

Russian opposition running the Dossier Center have acquired a bunch of emails that may have been hacked from Veselnitskaya. Of course TDB portrays efforts to buy off Congress & the Obama Admin in 2016 as a sign of the amount of foreign influence in Trump's America...

Who is really implicated? Swampy law firm BakerHostetler who was violating an order from the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals to recuse from the case.

Can't wait until the court sees these emails! Judges aren't fond of lawyers who violate their orders.

Especailly when the violation of a court order to seal the identity of a witness gets him thrown out of a building from the 5th floor!

Corruptly influencing the case after being ordered off the case by a court of appeals who feared you were conflicted & could corrupt the case. A case where earlier witnesses had already been killed...

Apparently earlier leaks of these emails are what lead to Mueller indicting Vesleniskaya for obstruction of justice.

Mark Cymrot, one of BakerHostetler's attorneys sent emails implying that Veselniskaya had leaked the witnesses identity & testimony to a Russian film maker making an anti-Magnitsky propaganda film. That was 04/17/16, that he knew his client had leaked a witnesses identity.

@PreetBharara is quoted in the article about he efforts @SDNYnews went to in order to try & protect this witnesses identity. Compromised because BakerHostetler was working the case in secret after being ordered off the case by a circuit court of appeals!

Wonder why they settled the case after that, even though they haven't paid up yet!

Seems BakerHostetler may also have been violating FARA by working as a foreign agent for Russia without registering. Work they did in conjunction with? Fusion GPS!
The Obama Admin waived Veselniskaya's security threat restrictions to get her a visa to come testify to Congress.

They also tried to recruit then Senator Jeff Sessions to their anti-Magnitsky Act team.

So BakerHostetler, their lobbyists, PR firms, including Fusion GPS did the same things Manafort was convicted for doing...

More details on BH's work for Prevezon AFTER an appeals court ruled they had a major conflict of interest & barred them from the case. Pretty bad when your own emails show you are dirty...

They even sent emails in April of 2017 worried that the hacked email disclosures might reveal the prohibited activity on the case!

Seems like another major Swamp law firm is in big trouble. Committing crimes with your clients would void any attorney client privilege claims too! So BakerHostetler would likely be forced to hand over all the receipts! #ButNothingsHappening
