Most of you have said that discipline is your #1 problem.
You're right.
It comes before EVERYTHING else, and underpins your entire life.
You need it to:
- Hit 10% body fat
- Get healthy
- Pile on muscle mass
- Earn $
- etc.
More:
Now, some external things (like IF) make discipline easier when it comes to your health & fitness.
But here's some internal factors you need on a regular basis:
How will your:
- Health
- Appearance
- Lifestyle
- Kids
- Family
- Grandkids
- Sports
- Travel
Look if you age and gain weight like the typical person?
Seriously.
How miserable will you be if you...
Look old, wrinkly, and can't fit into your jeans?
Struggle to keep up with your kids or play with future grandkids?
Can't enjoy yourself without your back giving out?
Have a real think about that.
Next:
A daily routine is the fastest path to discipline, and it spreads into the rest of your day/week/month.
Here's my suggestion:
- Review your goals (exciting)
- Exercise
- Do high ROI work for minimum 3 hrs

To yourself, and your own impulses (some of you fuckers are terrible for this, and you've GOT TO get over it).
To other people.
Not being able to say no to other people, means you will always have a similar body fat % & income level to other people.

This is REALLY unpopular advice.
I get it.
I used to drink a lot a few years back, and it was fun.
But it hasn't helped me one bit with:
- Growing a Location Independent Business
- Staying 10% body fat
- Gaining muscle
- Improving relationships
And then your social life should be focused on fun WITHOUT consuming insane quantities of empty calories (food and booze both).
Have fun without destroying your health & appearance.
It's not that hard.
