These are COPS destroying the property to then blame us!!!

COPS setting stuff on fire to blame civilians. They use these kinds of things as an excuse to shoot and hurt people who are just protesting. With no weapons, just words.

This image makes me so so sad honestly. It’s literally representing what’s happening, a gun pointed at us when we just want to be heard.

They are shooting with rifles at everyone. This is so scary, nobody is pointing weapons to them, nobody is even near them..

In this video they tackled a person for waving a flag and lifting up a poster. I don’t see any vandalism or burning down things or taunting cops, just protesting for rights. What’s the excuse now? Right, there’s NONE.

To everyone saying protesters are looting supermarkets, they are not. This is how protesters react when they see people stealing, we do not want them to be there. Don’t let the media convince you the protesters are the ones doing this, they want to lower our voice!!

I am tired of replying the same thing over, so just understand. Yes, some people took advantage and looted stuff, but even protesters tried stopping them. Where were the cops? Why didn’t they stop the fire? Why are cops and military focused on the unarmed protesters?

There is enough of them to stop most things. This is a picture of cops formed inside a station JUST bc people were evading to pay. Makes me wonder, why isn’t the same amount of them stopping the loots? They keep nagging on people that are literally making sounds with caceroles.

Do not let the media criminalize the protesters, they aren’t interested in material things, they want to be able to afford a life. Even water is owned by a private company here, WATER isn’t public! Of course chileans are upset. Students and elders, not vandals.

To everyone saying people weren’t getting shot, the head of the military just admited people were bullet hurt, but that it is just a small issue.

So this was a presumably dry river, that caused people with crops and animals to struggle. Now, magically after the protests, with no rain at all, its full again. They were taking our NATURAL WATER. This is yet another reason why chileans are angry. It’s shocking.

Cops throwing tear gas at people protesting inside their property, only banging caceroles and nothing more.

Like, 1) robbers aren’t part of the protest and 2) that happens all year and now you use it as an excuse to shut the voice of the people? Pfft.

A friend let me use her story to show how the protests are. As you can see its all types of people protesting for a better living, nobody damaging or doing anything. But of course media loves to focus and staged fires or people who aren’t even part of it!!

Chileans are fearless. They impossed a curfew on us, but they are out on the streets dancing!
This is our way to revolt. This is what happens mostly, the other bad people won’t dirty our message!
