FORGET about Right to live with dignity, Falu Das was not even allowed to die with dignity

OUTRAGEOUS is an understatement!

This comes after a week of death of Dulal Chandra Paul, who also died in detention. His family accepted his body after a week.

In the last 3 years 26 detainess died in various detention centres of Assam. They are not entitled to parole, but after death the body is handed over to Indian family.

Acc to SC order those detained for more than 3 years should be released subject to condition, although the conditions are harsh, many are ready to fulfill. But only a handful have been released

As on 25.06.19 ,335 are detained for more than 3 years. What are they waiting for?
