LTC Alexander Vindman, who has served his country for 20 years, will tell impeachment panels tomorrow: he listened in on the July 25 phone call in the Situation Room b/t Trump & Ukraine President & he was concerned by the call. Via @MikeEmanuelFox who obtained opening statement.
LTC Vindman, received Purple Heart in Iraq, “I did not think it was proper to demand that a foreign government investigate a U.S. citizen, and I was worried about the implications for the U.S. government’s support of Ukraine.”
LTC Vindman’s family fled Ukraine when he was 3 in 1979. His twin brother serves as a lawyer for the NSC. He will testify to impeachment panels, according to opening statement obtained by @MikeEmanuelFox, “Following the call, I again reported my concerns to NSC’s lead counsel.”
