1/ I’ve been explaining this for a long time. This thread synthesizes it. IMO Trump and Flynn strategized the events around the call to Kislyak in order to force McCabe and Yates into overreacting. Trump seemed vulnerable. In order to get Trump they were baited into illegal acts.
2/ And by the way the General Flynn, Ambassador Kislyak call was leaked to David Ignatius of the Post is in fact the subject of one of the criminal investigations because that leak is a 20 year felony.
3/ During the transition a plan was developed to trigger a series of bait traps. I speculate that in the face of a corrupt DOJ/FBI Trump had no choice but to run some of these investigations himself. Centered with the WH. Possibly using Secret Service.
4/ Now pay attention to where the Durham probe expanded right before it was converted to a criminal prosecution.

6/ Full circle. But first the DOJ via Mueller needed to clear Trump.
Trump needed a #CleanBillOfHealth.
Why? To prove that not only was Trump innocent but that the “evidence” against him was manufactured. Because if that was true then DOJ/FBI knew Trump was innocent.

7/ If DOJ/FBI knew before his inauguration that Trump was innocent then there was no legal basis for the actions they took in 2017. Particularly the actions taken by McCabe in May after Comey was fired.
