At the beginning of 2019, as Schiff took over the intelligence committee, Patel moved to NSC and later was appointed senior director of Counterterrorism Directorate of the National Security Council.

3/ So the guy that led Nunes investigation and wrote the memo exposing the corruption at DOJ/FBI in the Page FISA application is moved into a senior position at the NSC in the WH at the peak of the Ukraine affair?

4/ In fact his promotion came at a time whe a quid pro quo was impossible because the Ukrainians didn’t even know about the withheld aid and at a time when Schiff staff was likely meeting with the CIA agent that would ultimately become the whistle blower.

5/ So he was privy to internal workings in the NSC at a time when the evidence of quid pro quo was being manufactured.

People at the NSC saw him as a threat and attempted to smear him as an innapropriate back channel funneling disinformation to Trump.

6/ But tonight Kash Patel pushed back. Hard. He completely denies he ever spoke to Trump about Ukraine.

7/ We need to keep our eye on Kash. Let’s just say that for Republicans he will be an EXTREMELY credible witness. Before he worked with Nunes on the intelligence committee investigation, Kash was a federal prosecutor.

He’d know how to collect evidence.
