Dawkins in “Outgrowing God” is preaching evil already, because he is preaching atheism—but he can’t stop there, and he’s not a total fool, so he starts preaching CONSEQUENTIALISM too.

Another reason no one should give young persons this book.
Apparently Dawkins is a negative consequentialist. That is, he is committed to X-MINIMIZATION.
His X is unlikely to be disputed with most moderns: suffering.

He seems not to have realized, unlike philosopher David Benatar, that suffering-minimization logically entails active pursuit of the extinction of all life.
Still, I’ll give Nietzsche a word on the idea of the abolition of suffering:
