Most don't realize it's the only time of the year where it's okay for brands to break most of the RULES
A few of my favorite tips / strategies
~THREAD~
Throw it out the window. It doesn't matter during the holidays.
If ROAS is solid..keep the ads running.
I've had campaigns smashing at a frequency of 15. This will happen in campaigns with customers / site traffic, let it fly till ROAS tanks.
Send 2 emails a day and exclude people who purchased in the last 3 days.
People are getting blasted w/ an insane amount of emails.

Post high quality content 5-10 times per day, per channel
Everyone is posting an insane amount of content and you should too.
Fake sell out of stock then re-introduce it a few days later.
Create scarcity.
I like using an IG post to announce it's sold out, then use stories to announce limited stock has been added
Clearly spell out your Christmas shipping cut off: post on your IG, FB, and on your brands homepage
Customers want to be guaranteed that their gift will be there in time for Christmas.
Most people get SOME money as a holiday gift....so make it easy for them to spend it on your brand
One of my favorites to run in Jan / Feb: have customers buy old inventory and get a free "EXCLUSIVE" gift for a loyalty program
(assuming you use a 3PL) - Get a storage unit for a month and stock your most popular products
Use it to do returns and exchanges as you get closer to Christmas. Pay the extra few bucks to overnight or express.
SUPER EASY way to get customer for life
