Dinners are any opportunity to get the factory drunk and negotiate everything from MOQ, sample times, lead time and pricing.

Inspect $200,000 shipments with your own 2.
Develop a checklist w/ the factory’s team so every product leaves perfect or get re-done.
Then make a 2nd checklist for packaging so you don’t get smacked w/ fees by your 3PL
If you don’t do this, I guaranteed you will have issues

Go to the vendor’s factories with your factory team to understand how their process works and ask questions.

Huge event for their team & an opportunity for you to show them some love. When every person in factory can put a face to your company your products are better.
