Remember, Trump's *whole defense* is that he wasn't criminally and impeachably soliciting bribes, but earnestly looking out for the welfare of Ukraine and America by caring most about corruption broadly writ in Ukraine—NOT individual investigations that benefitted him personally.
1/ And (predictably) we ALREADY HAVE Trump on live national television lying about the call, which took place under 24 hours from the "Zelensky call" Trump has called "perfect" but everyone else says confirmed he was obsessed with certain "investigations."
2/ It's time for Senate Republicans to consider that for more than 2 months, every new piece of info about the Ukraine scandal has made things far worse for Trump. There's been no exculpatory info to emerge from any of the dozens of hearings/investigative reports since September.
