what is suggested from this, and comes through in Holmes and Taylor testimony as well, is the TV interview where Zelensky might announce the Trump-demanded investigations was not definitively called off until over a week after the aid was released on sept. 11.
Holmes: altho hold lifted 9/11, we were still concerned Zelensky might do CNN interview. on 9/13, colleague heard from US EU mission sondland said the interview supposed to be today or monday (9/16) & “they plan to announce a certain investigation that was on hold will progress.” 
Holmes: on Sept. 13, when Taylor stressed importance of staying out of US politics & hoped no interview was planned, Yermak shrugged, as if to indicate they had no choice. In short, everyone thought there was going to be an interview, & the Ukrainians believed they had to do it.
Holmes notes, btw, that until today (11/15), he still has not seen a readout of the actual first Trump Zelensky meeting that took place on the sidelines of UNGA on september 25.
