A flat-out lie in the rebuttal from the trade minister, since it is clear that patents/NHS drug pricing *is* under discussion in the talks with the Trump administration:
If the government can provide concrete evidence that the drug pricing issue is no longer under discussion with the Trump administration, fine. I notice that they have not done so.
