@laphroaiganddew @Keubiko One of the top corporate law firms in the U.S. quit on the $TSLA Board six days after the November 5 request. No one replaced them. The Board had previously negotiated to have until the 27th to file objections to the redactions being lifted. The remaining lawyers filed nothing.

New: In response to a prior PRA request, CAEATFA *also* forgot to delete $TSLA's projected delivery numbers as of December 2017. They're consistent with the 2019 figures. And we know exactly who worked on them. plainsite.org/documents/1ew8…
The metadata from the 2019 files indicates that they were authored by Blue Sky Consulting Group. The metadata from the late 2017 spreadsheets (obtained in 2018) indicates that they were authored by Joel Schwartz—presumably, the one who works at Blue Sky. blueskyconsultinggroup.com/joel-schwartz/
This raises a number of questions about $TSLA's relationship with Blue Sky, how Mr. Schwartz arrived at these numbers, and exactly what it means that Tesla Finance Director Danielle Matsumoto "owned" or "owns" them. Ownership suggests responsibility.

We just received about 150 police reports from Storey County, NV regarding the $TSLA factory.

Let's start with that time Tesla's activity in the area led to shooting a horse.
Then there's the cocaine.
Then there's the time—and this is bonkers—when a *police report* was filed because Tesla KICKED OSHA OFF TESLA PROPERTY FOR DOING AN INSPECTION EVEN THOUGH IT HAD A WARRANT SIGNED BY A JUDGE.

Stress, anxiety and depression are not uncommon in a lawyer’s life. According to a survey conducted in the USA by John Hopkins University in the 1990s, lawyers are 3.6 times more prone to depression than other people.

India is the country with maximum depression in the world according to recent reports. I know a few things about that.
I have been working as a lawyer since 2012 and have been fighting depression for quite some years now.
My lived experience tells me that depression is not uncommon in the legal sector of India. When I talk about it, people around me opens up and confides in me about their troubles. After all, being a lawyer is a demanding job.

Big companies typically have their own in-house legal teams.
However, such lawyers are not allowed to appear in court, nor is it a good idea because litigators in specific courts have better knowledge of what works and what doesn’t before a certain judge. So big companies are always hiring litigators for all their litigation related work.

1. I spent a lot of email time over the past year trying to convince skeptical friends and colleagues that @POTUS is a man who seeks revenge when attacked, and that vengeance is coming.
2. I understood their impatience and skepticism that justice would ever be served to the legion of crooks we’ve come to know and despises, but building air-tight cases that will stand up in an (impartial) court of law and also the court of public opinion takes time.
3. We have learned much over the past months – far more than many of us ever dreamed or suspected – and none of which would have been made known had Shrillary succeeded in stealing her way to the Oval Office (like she stole the Democrat primary from Bernie; how ironic is that!).
