/ Dear @glennkirschner2 , my go-to person for all things legal in USA political institutional system: I have a hypothesis about all these anti-constitutional bills and I would an opinion from you, even if only a "yes" or "no".

/ These RW extremist dominated State houses are passing anti-constitutional bills one after another. One after another, they are overturned by an @ACLU lawsuit. It is what is supposed to happen. From that I conclude that they know they passed a bill that will be...
/ ... overruled. Asking my immigrant self why in hell would a house pass a bill just to have it overturned in about a year, without it ever being made law and enforced, I came to the following answer: to drain the public treasure.
/ Not a single one of the RW extremist @gop members will spend their money to defend the bill once it's approved. Worse: once it is overruled, unless the law here is too different from ours, the house will pay legal expenses.
/ At some point, billions of taxpayer dollars will have been spent on litigation that I have no name for: frivolous? Malicious? Rhetorical? Propagandist? What? What is the name of something you do knowing you will lose it in Court?
/ Meanwhile, not only millions and then billions of dollars are spent but thousands of billable hours too. Not to mention the health burden of the stress on the women of that state, on the @ACLU volunteers, etc etc.
/ To me, it sounds like a coordinated strategy that goes beyond gaslighting. It's a conflict tactic. In a bigger conflict context.
/ If this is true, then there should be a way to turn the burden of guilt on to the private citizens that occupy the legislative position in that State who proposed and/or voted for the "strategic" bill.
/ If this is legal in the USA, then I don't understand why these individuals are not being held accountable, sued and ripped off. Because there is only one thing that will stop them: extremely heavy fines for using the judicial system for private interest.
/ Is this possible? What do you think?
