The more the election goes on, the more journalists become obsessed with the detail. Meanwhile every Tory minister keeps repeating they'll "get Brexit done" by January and they are almost never challenged. The bigger the lie, the more likely you are to get away with it. ~AA
This is the danger. Because political journos think "well, I've challenged that lie dozens of times before" they think it's boring to keep doing it. So, politicians know that all they have to do is keep repeating it, past the point they will be challenged. It's insidious. ~AA
