Resident called in and said he was working on a quantum physics generator and was burned.
The type of burns created confusion.
Out of an abundance of caution about 40 households were evacuated.
Teams are not picking up an radiation on the caller.

Investigators don't believe this person intended any harm.

Alpha waves is a red flag term. Several things in his call prompted concerns of radiation

Looking at charges. Good chance of that.
Charge could be inducing panic. Man is in 20s or 30s and will be admitted to the hospital.
