A little Ukrainian history:
Ukraine was the 3rd largest nuclear power in the world.
In 1994, in a multilateral agreement signed by Bill Clinton, the Ukraine agreed to denuclearize. They were promised military aid shout they ever need it.

In 2014, Russia invaded the Ukraine. The US under Obama did not provide that military aid as the agreement called for. 
In 2019 Trump provided those weapons. He's getting impeached for not helping protect Ukraine and Nancy Pelosi is claiming that impeachment is about Trump helping Russia, with all roads leading back to Putin.

And of course when Putin was getting ready to invade, she called for people to “not take the bait”. Yep, all roads lead to Nancy, I mean Putin.
Putin’s gonna do what Putin’s gonna do no matter who’s in charge and he’s basically on the JV team.
