1) Don't lose focus. Democrats and media scribes want to now claim IG report is about whether FBI was allowed to investigate Trump campaign. That's a straw man. FBI has sweeping powers to investigate; nobody has ever denied that.
2) Horowitz was instead asked to investigate whether FBI abused its powers as part of its probe--namely if it abused the FISA process. Was it honest to court about its sources; did it include exculpatory evidence; did it doctor anything?
3)If FBI can't even be honest with the FISA court, how can Americans believe it is being honest with the public?

1) Why is it that nobody in MSM calls out @RepAdamSchiff for a basic and repeated falsehood in this trial? To wit, that Russia helped Trump win an election (and that Trump was trying to repeat this with Ukraine). Where is there any evidence for this outrageous Russia claim?
2)Even if you buy that Russia's sole aim was to "help" Trump in the election (rather than generally sow discord), numerous congressional committees and the Mueller report itself found that Russia failed. It's hacking/trolling efforts did not effect the vote.
3) The media was forced to report this truth, yet ignores it now. Also ignores even bigger point that Mueller confirmed no collusion. I know that was all a bitter pill for Ds to swallow, but that shouldn't allow them to rewrite history on the Senate floor. #ImpeachmentTrial

2)Indeed, the FBI says it was only the Downer tip-off at end-July that spurred the investigation. Downer for his part says it was public revelation in July of the DNC hack that caused him to finally wonder about collusion and connect his spring conversation with Papadopoulos.
3)Fusion GPS's Glenn Simpson, meanwhile, in Senate testimony, "stress[ed]" he hired Steele in May to look at Trump's "business activities" in Russia....By Simpson's telling (under penalty of perjury), Steele just sort of stumbled on this much "broader" "political conspiracy."

#Democrats are trying to weaponize #COVID19 against Trump. Good-hearted (and otherwise smart) supporters are trying to downplay the significance of #coronavirus in order to shield the President and counter the #Democrat attack.

Both are equally dangerous, and wrong.

Here's why:
The Democrats are weak. Under ordinary circumstances there is no way in hell they could ever even dent, let alone, beat, @realDonaldTrump. They know this, and have known it for some time. That's why every untied shoelace is used as an attacking point to try to gain some leverage.
THIS IS NO UNTIED SHOELACE. This is potentially the biggest challenge any American president has faced since at least World War II, and in my estimation it's much less of a winnable political fight than a war in which he can win just by rallying the troops properly.
