Trump often responds to bad news by channeling the spin from Fox, and that's what he's doing this morning, tweeting quotes from last night's Special Report on the IG report.

Left, Special Report, 6:29 p.m.
Right, Trump, 7:02 a.m.
Same segment.

Left, Fox's Special Report, 6:31 p.m.
Right, Trump, 7:25 a.m.
The Wray tweet doesn't seem to be a response to Fox afaict.
I'm a little skeptical that Trump watched and responded to a CNN segment in between two tweets responding to last night's Special Report.
CNN segment in question started at 7:14, and Trump's tweet is relatively lengthy and was sent at 7:16. It usually takes him longer than that to tweet a response to something.
