Avoiding bad is far more important than doing good.

You get relatively LITTLE credit for doing MORE than you promised but pay a BIG price for FALLING SHORT...

Who cares?..
3/ The people who care about PRIVACY for bank account are all in middle who fear judgment + jockey for status

They may make $ X
but want people to think they make 2x-3x $ X

while extreme rich + extreme poor
are respectively boastful + begrudging

This company has not begun #ClinicalTrials. As my institution's #cancer center head very accurately said, "History is littered with claims made on the basis of test tube-based or animal studies that had absolutely no transferability into human disease" (2)
#Cancer is not 1 disease. It's not 50 diseases. "Cancer" is a umbrella term we give to an unknown number of different diseases, because they have common characteristics. Yet this man says "We believe we will offer in a year's time a complete cure for cancer" (3)

To understand diabetes, one need understand how the body process glucose derived from things we eat and drink.

The food and drink is mixed with various chemicals - breaking down the complex molecules to smaller one that can be absorbed by the intestine

The intestine absorbs these smaller particles from the mixture. Since we are talking diabetes, we will focus on glucose.

Glucose is absorbed through the intestine into the blood.
Once in the blood, the PANCREAS senses the glucose and releases a hormone called INSULIN.
Insulin is like a key, it goes to all the cell in the body and opens the door for glucose to enter.

I had another life-threatening heart/lung episode today.
I'm not sure how much of it had to do with my cutting my heart meds back to once a day while appealing the increased price by my health insurance from $120 for 60 pills to $1k for 60 pills.
We had to call 9/11.
Scary.

I couldn't afford to go to the hospital--when you call 9/11 the city charges you $1,200 for the trip to nearest hospital.
They only accept cash.
The EMTs checked me out, told me to take the heart meds the way they were prescribed, established I wasn't in VFib, just SVT AFib.
2/
So all day, instead of doing work that needs to be done, I have been trying to get my heart rate under 140, which given my lung meds increase my heart rate, has been more work: breathing exercises my PT taught me, single nostril breathing @HillaryClinton taught me (try it).
