- I cannot act on cases & contexts without a request
- I can act on credible requests made by ANY reliable source

In addressing individual cases/contexts #SRTorture prioritises:
- those where torture/abuse can be prevented/halted
- those that are not/cannot be addressed by others
- those remaining under the radar of public awareness
- those setting dangerous systemic precedents/trends

ANY ACT OF TORTURE IS ONE TOO MANY!
As #SRTorture I see my added value not primarily in expressing outrage at wellknown atrocities but in speaking out where others don't/cannot & in highlighting societal, political & systemic blindspots conducive to torture & ill-treatment.
