@NavroopSingh_ I don’t believe this is correct on the following ground. NRC in Assam was to prove residence in India of self or ancestor before 24 March, 1971. CAA allows any one who arrived before 31 December, 2014 to avail of citizenship. Let us say 1 can’t prove residence be4 24 March 1971+

@NavroopSingh_ + acceptance though. The refugee certificates could not be verified as the refugee departments have closed down. So, nowhere would the NRC rejects be lying should they be reapplying with same documents under CAA+
