We are taking the kids to Disneyland today and they don’t know: a thread. (They don’t read Twitter. Because they still have hope and self-esteem.)
We thought they had figured it out, but now I think they haven’t.
Addendum: Henry Leo know. We told him a few days ago because dude does NOT like surprises. Tallulah Louise and Taba Bendis do not know.

They’re being very chill and watching #themandelorian In their pajamas. They just got to Baby Yoda.
Our ride to the airport will be here at 10:15. It’s 8:56 now. Matt is still asleep. Henry Leo is surreptitiously packing his backpack for the plane.
I asked them to get dressed. This is what they chose. They’re playing that they’re both POTUS and it’s Take Your Daughter To Work Day. 
Those are my shoes, btw. Nobody call CPS please.
They put on play make up. Right before we told them.
So we are off to #Disneyland with an 8 year old and 9 year old in full faces of make up.
Me: you look bored in the picture.
Them: BECAUSE WE ARE IN THE CAR.
Them: BECAUSE WE ARE IN THE CAR.

@KellySued Bits I left out of the story: Fraction couldn’t find his wallet for a bit, which was panic-inducing (it fell behind a thing in the closet), T walked in my bedroom while I was packing but she was so focused on getting to the makeup remover before I saw her face that she missed
...the suitcase on the floor. Taba couldn’t find her real shoes. I forgot to feed anyone lunch. I also have NO IDEA what I packed.
I am so, so proud of Henry Leo for keeping the secret.
