@wilkmaster in June 2018, UK diplomat Robert Fairweather was OPCW Chef du Cabinet (Braha succeeded him later in 2018). It was on watch of Fairweather and his deputy Chief, Aamir Shouket of Pakistan, that findings in First Draft Report wikileaks.org/opcw-douma/doc… were suppressed.

@Wilkmaster 4/ although I've never discussed or commented on Shouket previously, I just discovered that Shouket, now a Director General of a ministry in Pakistan, has blocked me on Twitter - not exactly positive conduct from a public official. 
@Wilkmaster 5/ the First Draft Report of June 2018, wikileaks.org/opcw-douma/doc…, which was published on Dec 14 in Third WL Release, is an astonishing document. It has substantial overlap with Final Report, Mar 2019, but differences are breathtaking.
@Wilkmaster 6/ the changes appear to originate entirely with politicized partisans who never visited Douma over the vehement objections of OPCW specialists (including Henderson) who actually conducted sampling and inspection in Douma. It is a serious scandal.
