Il y a fort à parier que la mise en lumière du poids de l’élevage dans les émissions de gaz à effet de serre a attiré l’attention sur une production jusqu’ici restée sous le radar. Au Brésil c’est le géant de la viande bovine JBS qui a eu les honneurs de l’actualité.

1. P/E ratio - this is the price to earnings ratio which is calculated by using the stock price per share/earnings per share(EPS) . P/E ratios can help determine if a stock is overvalued, undervalued or its future sentiment
ex.
two stocks at $12 per share.

stock A has a $2 EPS & P/E of 6
stock B has a $4 EPS & P/E of 3

people are willing to pay more for stock A they are for B based on current numbers.

(no P/E ratio meaning the company has no earnings or is losing money)

La science est une méthode, pas un corpus de connaissances édictées par des sachant. Elle va tjs de l'avant en se dévorant elle même.
Elle consiste à confronter la théorie aux faits pour dégager des règles. A la base il y a l'hypothèse nulle H0 : "je ne peux pas conclure" et ses variantes "ça arrive par hasard" / "il n'y a rien a voir" etc.

Bonjour, c’est moi, Jean-Michel La Mort du Fun et aujourd’hui on va parler d’un des facteurs de la possible extinction future des #amphibiens (la classe d’organismes qui comprend les grenouilles, les crapauds, les salamandres, les tritons et les céciles) :D
Parmi les espèces les plus en danger, on compte les amphibiens. Grenouilles, crapauds et autres joyeusetés subissent depuis les années 1980 une déclin plus que préoccupant de leur population.
En 2004 une 1ere évaluation révélait que 32% des espèces étaient globalement menacées, au moins 43% connaissaient une forme de diminution de la population et qu'entre 9 et 122 espèces avaient disparu depuis 1980. (science.sciencemag.org/content/306/57…)
