1) The Brown Asian American Movement has been around since the inception of Asian American organizing. But this decade is where pin@ys yelled that #BrownAsiansExist, thanks especially to @ejrdavid @ErnabelD @anthonyocampo

3) #FilipinoRenaissance in Hollywood. As the largest Asian group in California, it’s about time we see pin@y faces on TV. Too many to mention here, but thanks for representing us @VRodriguezIII @MannyJacinto @TessParas @nicosantos @conradricamora @DarrenCriss @VanessaLachey

4) #FilipinoRenaissance in music. While our kababayan @BrunoMars @HERMusicx @apldeap rep in the mainstream, Filipina/o/x American music is led by @rubyibarra @BambuDePistola @RockyRivera @kiwizzo @hydroponikz & more. They tell our stories & in our voices.

5) #FilipinoRenaissance on stage. This decade, we had our 1st Filipino Hamilton @marc_delacruz, our 1st ABT pinay prima ballerina @StellaAbrera, Shows like @HereLiesLoveNYC & #FelixStarro by @MaYiTheater. ❤️@EvaNoblezada @gorachelleann @aliewoldt @thejosellana @JaygeeMacapugay

6) #FilipinoTwitter/#FilipinxTwitter Y’all were loud AF & it was amazing. We finally had a platform to discuss all the things, like colorism, #BlackLivesMatter, #ToxicMasculinity & #MeToo Salamat @mxacdumlao @1demerith @cmliwagdixon @gregorycendana @aasian @GNCordova @CCenizaChoy
