As important as it is to fill our different tanks, we also need to plug the holes that are draining the tanks. And the holes are important to fix first!
Drains: eating the wrong type of food, sitting for too long, bad posture, shallow breathing, and dehydration.
Energy comes from fasting, making sure to move for 3 minutes every hour, and doing some kind of high-intensity activity (even bouncing on your heels 😊)
Drains: arguing, deadlines, trying to multitask, worrying that we’re not doing enough
Energy comes from doing creative work in the morning, taking breaks frequently, only checking emails a few times a day (turn off those notifications!) and creative thinking

Drains: things that are out of our control, fighting, social media especially Instagram, phones, alcohol, drama, fear of failure, FOMO, and “emotional vampires” 🧛🏽♂️
Energy comes from having deep conversations, feeling solitude, and practicing gratitude.
Drains: lack of nature, feeling purposeless
Energy comes from spending time in nature, finding and feeling a sense of purpose, compassion, and graceful acceptance.
