CNN’s @haleydraz caught up w/Rudy Giuliani on a flight from Palm Beach to LaGuardia. His response to Bolton’s manuscript:

4) “Apparently John Bolton didn’t really very know much about what was going on in Ukraine. Because all during the time he was in office, massive corruption was going on there. He had no hint of it. When this all comes out, he’s going to be very embarrassed.”
