There are two Senate elections in which the Democratic candidate is either ahead or not that far behind the incumbent Republican in terms of Cash on Hand:

Kelly (against McSally, AZ) - nearly twice as much.
McGrath (against McConnell, KY) - 80% of his current Cash on Hand.
Also not doing terribly in terms of relative cash:
Harrison (against Graham, SC)

Hickenlooper (against Gardner, CO)
If anyone wants to see Mitch McConnell go into a full-blown panic, convince @GovernorBullock to run for the Montana Senate.
