The IDP's new count is still missing 65 precints from Polk County, whose party chair said he's supplied all results to the state party more than 8 hours ago.

On any election night, the AP reports results apart from the state board of election. Press doesn't "owe" it to a state board of election or a state party to wait for their results. If results were reported independently, and are not being shared by party, what is issue?
I want to insist: in tweet above I included the (still-not-in-IDP) results of Clive 4 [a caucus where Bernie did terribly & was only one of top 5 to miss viability] AND those of Iowa City 17 [which Warren/Sanders led]. I've seen no pattern of manipulation; Q doesn't rest on that.
