3. They are being a bit misleading here, as the MNC loves to be. This is true and false. Partially true as in what they say, as CAP is also as Nationally organization who has an accord as well to represent the Metis people that the MNC doesn't.

Also with number 3. They seem to forget what the Supreme Court of Canada has mentioned in regards to who is Metis in the Daniels decision. I noticed they mentioned Powley but not Daniels. Which is kind of weird when you stop and think about it, that they enjoy the hardships

developed to make the job of identifying Metis communities even harder for a semi Nomadic people ( who also were deported and uprooted ) and that Powley is being used in ways that it was not intended for. Ie identifying who is Metis, it is for identifying who has Sect 35 rights.

Hard journey to take, knowing how many are against us. Which I find weird in itself. Are there problems with Indigenous identities being taken by people who are not Indigenous? Yes, there are and yes they need to be dealt with, but I have never heard of people of culture who
