Fact checking CNNs fact checking

On energy production, Trump should have said "Under my Administration, US production of Oil & Natural Gas is at record levels, we are by far the world's largest producer, & the production gap is growing. We are energy independent."
On the unemployment rate of the disabled, Trump should have said "Since being measured, the unemployment rate for the disabled last year reached an all-time low."
On the unemployment of Asians, Hispanics and African Americans, what he said is true and accurate. However, CNN just can resist themselves and gives credit to the Obama Administration.
On the opening of factories, what he said is true. However, once again, CNN just can't resist themselves and question the size of the factories.
On job creation, what he said is true. However, once again, CNN can't resist themselves, noting that although what he said is true, its not up to the promise he made years ago.
On food stamps, what he said is true. However, CNN can't resist themselves again, noting Trump is proposing policies that add back in the work requirement.
On border security, CNN doesn't say if Trump was honest or not, stating that they just don't know what "unprecedented" means although they do note the policy of making the Mexican government get involved.
On the border wall, CNN does note that the mileage figure is correct but argue whether the new wall is actually new wall or replacing what was there... which was essentially a split rail fence.
On "Catch and release," Trump's pretty much right. If you didn't show up for the hearing, you were lost in the system and the country. While 90% do show up, there's still 10% unaccounted for.
On illegal crossing, CNN proclaims Trump to be correct. But they can't control themselves and argue with his starting point of measurement for his stats and then cherry pick data and go on to proclaim his numbers are worse than Obamas.
On trade, Trump said USMCA will create "nearly" 100,000 jobs. CNN can't resist, noting that the number is about 76,000. To CNN, that's not "nearly."
On appointing judges, Trump said he has the record for most appointed by this time in his Presidency. That's a little off. Carter appointed 10 more by this point. So Trump was factually wrong. This could have been easily corrected by noting that his Admin was "on the way..."
Bottom line: this fact check is being used to call Trump a massive liar and in some cases justifying Nancy Pelosi's classless act of publicly tearing up the speech.

Trump was slightly off a couple times. Other times the fact checkers are simply being partisan jack-asses.
