Not surprised Mitt Romney is voting to convict Trump. Romney isn’t up for Senate reelection for five years, by which time Trump will be in prison anyway. Romney will take heat for this, but no risk.

Mitt Romney voting to convict Trump is the best news all week. Something like this needed to happen in order for Utah voters to understand exactly who he is. A recent poll showed that Trump is more popular in Utah than he is. This is the end of his career. This needed to happen
Remember that when Romney ran for president that his running mate was Paul Ryan. Along with John McCain and Jeff Flake those are the worst so-called Republicans of our time. McCain is gone, Paul is gone, Flake is gone (Corker too) and this is now the end of Mitt Romney
And if Romney thinks that he can switch parties, the left will never vote for him. That's a mistake a lot of rinos make. You can't appease the left/media. They think that if you Pander to the left that they will support you. Doesn't work that way
