Ocean Fishing
Every 2 hours in real time the NPC will let you board the ship for 15 minutes.
Commence into the ship like a duty.
You can buy and repair from this NPC.
There's a new effect when you're about to catch a fish. It differs based on what you are about to catch. (The first one was a single exclamation mark, the second fish was three exclamation marks).
There are multiple areas that you will go to when you are fishing, here is another area. After the time runs out on one area, it transitions to another with a cutscene. There are 3 spots, and you have 7 minutes per spot.
In the future they will update this feature to add things like fishing battles with NPCs, adding new routes, etc. It is basic now, but the groundwork is here to add more going forward.

Ishgardian Restoration Update
Gathering is now part of the restoration, and that means Diadem is back... again... again again.
There's a new duty action you can use as a gatherer. When you gather you will fill the gauge and allow yourself to use this duty action which kills mobs which give materials.
