I actually picked up on all this during the ACA debate time. Wrote about the money, how we must either take the party, or proceed with basic civil unrest.

..so I sort of shut down for a while. Got less political, and was just processing it all.
And then I heard about Bernie. Had been listening for years on the Thom show, and got excited. If anyone can take the party, he should, but can he?

And then it started. Push back everywhere, and the reasons were all wrong, reeking of big money.
Nobody was about the basic issues, our human struggle, that American majority in real trouble.

I had to trade our home for my wife's health problem. Company cancelled insurance, and the big one hit while they were in Belize.
#MedicareForAll
That's the winner. Not like our agenda is weak, or wrong. It is not.

Expecting a majority struggling to vote for more of the same so that a few can continue to live well is fundamentally unjust and far too many of us refuse!

The hard truth today is:
Expecting struggling people to vote for more of what got us Trump, because Trump is a losing proposition!
It does not even make sense, but for the few of us who will be OK either way.
#BlueNoMatter who is a weak position.

They need something to be about, to vote for, that speaks to them, where they struggle, how they try to live.

Our basis is untouchable!
All that we do is rooted in unnecessary human struggle, pain, death. Our planet is growing toxic due to unbridled greed.
It does not have to be this way.
