A colleague of mine called to in4m me that he defended his PhD yesterday & I have bn over d moon since. He graduated with 3rd class bcos he ws a spoilt child, he got a job he wasn't qualified for bcos of his connection but faced d worst discrimination any can face at workplace
He was employed b4 me but I was his direct boss. I ws warned by our boss nt 2 ever showed him anything bcos his a northerner & ws not qualified to b employed but I saw a human being eager to correct his past mistakes. We published ova 15 journal papers in less than 5yrs together
He ws d best research assistant anybody can pray for. He also bcame my most intimate friend. He decided 2 do his PG diploma & graduated as d best. He went in 4 his masters & finished as the best. He worked wth NASA & NOAA scientist in US in course of his PhD & showed he is d best
Today, I can address my colleague, brother, friend & research assistant as Dr. Najib Galadanchi. You are an inspiration bro. I will tell your story to encourage those coming behind. Your limit is the only limit you set for yourself. Nobody in life is useless. Congrats!
