Israeli Jews that do go to Ramallah tend to do it on foreign passports, because Israelis are not actually allowed to enter freely. I was part of a delegation invited by the Palestinian Authority so its officials could comment on recent developments - Trump plan, UN, ICC.
And as far as “makes it all worth it,” I think anyone with half a brain knows I was being effusive about how good the Knafeh is and not actually calling the trip worthless. I wrote a 1000 word article about the visit, no knafeh mentioned. jpost.com/Arab-Israeli-C…
