Siraj Haqqani is a violent extremist & what he says in this article cannot be trusted.
My platoon fought the Haqqani Network for 485 days. They bombed schools, kidnapped & tortured children. Targeted civilians. They terrorized the Afghan people.

If it were up to us, we would have never fired our weapons in Afghanistan. We were content to help the Afghan people. We built schools & wells. Brought food & water to them. Coloring books & blankets for children.
Siraj knew this, but attacked us every single day anyway.
Siraj contends in this article that the US moved goal posts, & that he & his fighters were just defending themselves.
Lies.
We were there in Afghanistan because you helped & gave safe haven to al Qaeda & they attacked our nation, killing 2977 Americans on 9/11.
Siraj-you’re not a statesman. You’re a terrorist.
I have no faith that a peace deal, brokered with a terrorist, will be honored.
AND we sure as hell shouldn’t be giving this terrorist a platform in the @nytimes (4 miles away from Ground Zero) to spew this propaganda.

Since I announced this incredible Fraternal Order of Police endorsement the far left has called us every name in the book.
A local “journalist” insulted our personal lives & families.
My opponent’s family even scoffed, essentially saying their endorsement didn’t matter.
Obviously this behavior is reprehensible, but I wanted to share something about one of the men in this photo.
He’s standing to my right. He’s the father of a beautiful special needs child. He’s also a full time police officer.
As his child grew up, he realized that there weren’t enough job training programs that helped autistic kids learn critical life and job skills.
So he opened a bar restaurant to help teach his child.

I understand covering the death of Soleimani.
But live streaming the guy’s funeral in his hometown is bridge too far, & does a grave disservice to our men & women in uniform who were killed by him.
Their funerals were not covered like this.
Ever wonder why veterans struggle so much when they come home? Or why many vets feel so isolated?
Coverage like this certainly plays into that feeling of isolation for many of us.
The idea that America, at a fundamental level, doesn’t understand the threats we face in battle.
Some veterans buried their friends with little attention & zero media coverage.
Yet a dude who orchestrated mass murder & sectarian cleansing on an epic scale gets 24/7 coverage, & his funeral live streamed, his death almost glorified by some media outlets.

- closed multiple Russian consulates in the US
- approve the US sale of lethal weapons to Ukraine as a kinetic defense against Russian aggression
- killed Russian mercenaries who were attacking US troops in Syria.
- increased US troops & military capability in Eastern Europe
- successfully pressured our NATO allies to increase their defense expenditures

RAF was also involved in this destruction of Muslim homes singled out for being prosperous. One left his blue cap behind. Police, PAC, RAF doing this said, "Muslims will be thrown out of India, don't damage the floor or walls, after all, all this will one day belong to us"
Look at these images. Not a single plate or cup or shelf has been left whole. Each & every thing has been broken, under pretext of a "flag march" by PAC, RAF, police. In this home, there was only a woman with 3 children at night when the forces stormed in & trashed it.
