This weekend we're going to turn our attention to the bulletin boards. We'll look at one example of a disturbing profile that posts some pretty vile and possibly libellous attacks. Perhaps with 500+ of you on the case we can work out if it's connected to @shareprophets 🤔
If there is, it would raise serious questions over market abuse, as the profile in question clearly seems intent on sowing confusion and fear with investors. And associates of @shareprophets are known to short companies being written about in Shareprophets @thefca @CityPolice
We've asked before for @shareprophets to confirm whether or they use aliases to post on bulletin boards (BBs) to attack companies or sow fear or confusion. No reply. But we can see that previously @TomWinnifrith has said they don't use BBs. 
TW states "Do they honestly think our writers have the time, let alone the inclination to go posting on God damn BBs anonymously".
So. Is he lying? Or is he a man of honesty and integrity? We hope the latter, but let's have a look at the evidence, and you can decide 🤔

So first of all let's reveal a profile. It's "Sweet Karolina2" on the ADVFN board. If you want to take part in this 'whodunnit' please feel free to have a look at their posts and let us know what you think too.
The first co-incidence of many is that it seems that, in a previous court case alleging tortious interference by @TomWinnifrith, a profile called "Sweet Karolina" was named as believed to be TW. Whilst the identity was sought by Aiden Earley, it was never revealed who it was 🤔
The second clue is their posting history reads like a who's who of @TomWinnifrith's / @shareprophets targets. #WRN #DISH #BUR #BIDS #FRR #WPCT #PURP #AAOG #EDEN #VRS #ADL to name a few. Maybe its a @shareprophets 'superfan'? Or maybe not. 🤔
Onto their character. The person concerned makes pretty vile comments. From calling people c**ts, to seemingly revelling in people losing money, to making fun of people with HIV. Just a few examples below, from many. Have a read 🤔
By co-incidence @TomWinnifrith also regularly uses the phrase "enjoy poverty" (as attached) and calls people "morons". 🤔
So on the the potential market abuse aspect. Sweet Karolina2's 1,200+ posts also seem intent on sowing confusion, possibly with a view to scaring shareholders and lowering the share price. Much of this seems to mirror @shareprophets targets.
Example 1. Posts an unsubstantiated rumour that Andalas #ADL are in serious trouble over an unpaid bill. He states the company is "totally f****d". ADL have been a past target. Sweet Karolina2 doesnt like to let go it seems.
#DISH similar to the comments regularly made by @TomWinnifrith about Bigdish, spreading negative sentiment. Mega dilutive placing coming, will never work, downhill from January...
Calls #EDEN an "uber dog which committed fraud". Spreads placing rumours to create fear of dilution? Another long standing target of @shareprophets which TW previously called an "AIM listed dog" and a "fraud". Another co-incidence.
A lengthy and possibly libellous post on @TomWinnifrith obsession #BUR Burford strewn with insults and suggestive comments. Around this time @TomWinnifrith had co-incidentally spent months on Burford.
I could go on, there are 1200+ posts so take my word for it, this individual, whoever they are, likes to attack companies. And by co-incidence the same companies that @TomWinnifrith and @Shareprophets also like to attack. So much co-incidence.
Speaking of co-incidence, do you ever use the phrase "beer and popcorn"? Probably not. It's not common, and it stuck out that Sweet Karolina2 uses it. 2 examples below.
So imagine the surprise at the co-incidence that @TomWinnifrith also uses the phrase "beer and popcorn". In similar contexts. Whats the odds on that? It's just one co-incidence after another 🤔
So whoever Sweet Karolina2 is 🤔, they write vile comments and seem to have a sadistic streak. They attack companies on bulletin boards and spread fear and negativity and cast slurs on businesses and shareholders.
Its hard to tie them to Shareprophets though, isnt it? Other than the fact that they ADMIT THEY WRITE FOR SHAREPROPHETS (attachment 1). Even providing 3 links to three @TomWinnifrith articles they say they wrote (other attachments) 🤔
For clarity though. Sweet Karolina2 does, on more than one occasion, make it clear they are definitely not Tom Winnifrith. Ok? So all those co-incidences are just a co-incidence...
So its remarkable that they have an encyclopedic knowledge of @TomWinnifriths businesses, Greek and Welsh house projects, financial position and Shareprophets as below (warning, it's a bit cringeworthy). But definitely not @TimWinnifrith remember.
A final point. Many of the posts by this individual seem to be a vendetta against businesses over a period of years (following on from the original Sweet Karolina profile) and a desire to end businesses. Completely end them. There is no 'mercy', just relentless pursuit. Why?
Amongst the comments is a disturbing explanation of why shorters (like Muddy Waters) don't let up ... "it's important for maintaining it's scary reputation, which in turn gives it the ability to move markets". #marketmanipulation
We've only scratched the surface in this thread. Evidence of a person making vile insults, attacking the same companies as Shareprophets, and admitting they write for them. What do YOU think? Should @shareprophets tell us & @thefca & @CityPolice who Sweet Karolina2 really is?
And until @shareprophets & associates act to the same standards they hold Co.'s accountable to, and are transparent about who has shorted/bet against Co.s on what dates, and what aliases if any are used on BBs, questions, people will ask questions.
