People have asked me why Indonesia still has no confirmed cases of #coronavirus, and I'm afraid I have no answer to that question.

So, to make up for it, I thought I'd take us all on a whistle stop tour of the life and work of Indonesia's Health Minister, Terawan Agus Putranto.
To start: Terawan is a "celebrity" and military doctor, who was also the director of Gatot Subroto Army Hospital.

One of his claims to fame is that he once successfully treated Indonesia's (now) Minister of Defence, Prabowo Subianto, for vertigo.
He also made a "name" for himself treating over 40,000 stroke patients using an unscientifically proven technique called "brain washing" which involved “intra-arterial cerebral flushing”.
