3. Mobilize health care workers in impacted areas like Inslee & Cuomo have done.
4. Offer affected workers emergency $.

6. Close down all nonessential businesses for the next 30 days like China did to contain the spread.
7. Ban all gatherings of over 100 people--watch your religious services online.
8. Release daily updates from Fauci and CDC.
