You can travel to and from Europe if:
- You’re a US citizen, green card holder, or spouse/parent of one of those two (for parents: the citizen or green card holder has to be unmarried/under 21)
- You’re someone else who has not been in a Schengen Area country in the last 14 days
There are also some additional exemptions I couldn’t fit in the first tweet. Siblings of citizens and green card holders are also exempt if both they and their brother or sister are under 21. Full exemption list is here. whitehouse.gov/presidential-a…
Do not need testing/screening in Europe, per the White House. The screening will happen after people land in the US. The White House says people will be “directed to limited airports where screening can take place.”
