AOC is the kind of brilliant, policy-oriented and intersectional progressive that would actually be able to win a Democratic Primary.
The future of the progressive movement looks good, and that’s because folks like The Squad provide a pathway to actually building the kinds of coalitions that can appeal to not only the people Bernie turned out to vote for him - but also the people who didn’t.
The fact that people are blaming the primary election outcome on women like Elizabeth Warren and now AOC (who was one of Bernie’s most important endorsements) is just wildly misogynist and petty. Acknowledge your candidates shortcomings and pick someone who can learn & do better.
