I self-quarantined because I was unable to get tested in my County. That was my personal decision based on no testing available at the time.

8.Plan. Play “what if so-and-so gets sick”. Write it down. Get your phone numbers ready. Then take a break and feed yourself. Breathe. We will get through this together.
9.If everyone who gets a bad flu or develops symptoms goes to the hospital, our health care system will crash. This can not be overstated. Consider that there will be a number of health care workers who will also be taken ill, further stressing the system.

Consider that your elderly neighbor may not use a computer and have access to online help or information, they may operate only with cash. There are also family, friends, and neighbors with mental health issues that will be struggling to cope. We can’t forget them.
People in Italy are singing to each other from their balconies while in self-quarantine. They are an inspiration! Let us dance in our own homes! We can do this.
