1. I think @GovHawaii and local civil defense, military and public health authorities should consider whether we should prepare remote fever hospitals in each county to isolate infected people who can't safely home quarantine. Home isolation is going to difficult and may spread
2. the virus.

We need to isolate the infected away from our hospitals to avoid crashing that system. Concentrate the sick to save resources. I would lock down all nursing homes at a minimum check the temperatures of anyone entering.
3. We need to begin taking temperatures everywhere and we need a place to isolate those who hit and have any symptoms. Ones without symptoms could be sent home to self isolate. But certainly not allowed to enter the building.
4. IMO State Governors have sufficient inherent powers in such circumstances to act fast. We should not consider over-preparedness as a bad thing. Quite the contrary.
Perhaps taking over a tired hotel property of a size appropriate to the forecast infected population for
5. fever hospitals. The costs of clean-up and renovation of the property would be something to figure out later. Providing cash flow and jobs to any staff willing to be trained can be paid out of general funds while we seek a #FEMA reimbursement.
6. We are a tourist destination and our competent reaction is going to determine how our state weathers this. These are just a few suggestions that we might consider. I'm only certain of one thing: We need to act now. #Hawaii #COVID2019. @INDOPACOM @HawaiiNewsNow #Honolulu
