✅ASTI can use new satellite imagery/data to provide analaytics (like people movement)
✅ASTI to accelerate research in developing thermal camera that can be attached to smartphones and used as temp scanners

✅PNRI can offer sterilisation services using e-beam
✅MIRDC has ready designs for evac tents, hospital beds, crushing machines for used medic vials, and agro-machines
✅PHIVOLCS offers unused masks from Taal eruption
✅PAGASA continues weather ops
✅E-application for scholarship

✅PSHS system immediately shifts to e-learning methods
✅Repayment system for DOST production tech equipment to MSMEs will be restructured for 2 months deferment w/o penalty
✅Critical testing for lab services continue
